Rush to Judgment Mark Lane

Mark Lane names names & reveals the "who and the why" behind the JFK assassination.

The assassination of President Kennedy in 1963 continues to be shrouded in mystery and controversy.  Now, for the first time in almost thirty years, explosive new evidence reveals much about the CIA’s involvement in an event that devastated the entire nation and irrevocably altered the course of history.  In Plausible Denial, Mark Lane, the author of Rush to Judgment, the provocative and bestselling critique of the Warren Commission’s official report on the assassination, makes startling revelations about the CIA’s involvement in a plot to murder the president.

Nearly two decades prior to Oliver Stone’s JFK, Executive Action, a fiction film, used actual news footage from the tumultuous events of 1963, never deviating from the historical record regarding the facts surrounding the assassination.

Produced in 1973 as a major motion picture starring Burt Lancaster and Robert Ryan,  Executive Action was described as “the most controversial movie of the decade.”  As directed by David Miller, it thrillingly depicts a daring plot to change the course of US policy by eliminating the man responsible.

 The original screenplay, written by Mark Lane, was based upon his work in investigating the assassination.

“Everything we show is supported by evidence” stated Miller, adding that co-stars Lancaster and Ryan were initially skeptical about the conspiracy idea, but were persuaded by the weight of factual material.  As Executive Action tensely builds toward its climax, it poses the real possibility that a complex conspiracy was the cause of those fateful events in Dallas on November 22, 1963.

8 JFK Conspiracy Myths

There are a lot of myths that have been allowed to grow on the internet about the JFK assassination. Perhaps the most loopy and vulgar is the one that declares Jacqueline Kennedy some assassinated her own husband right in the car or Gov Connolly turns to shoot JFK only to be struck in the back by his own bullet. There is no logic to any of these claims, just the imaginations of gamer mentality that You Tube has allowed to run havoc across their platform. You Tube exploits and allows pin heads that put suicide bodies on their "talk shows" (which are all about themselves and how great they are), because of the millions of subscribers. Yet a show like mine who interviews and posts Lydia Reich who befriended Anne Frank in the camps, the deem valueless and hides it in their two search engines. Google needs to be busted up Too much power in inexperienced hands. Great at code lousy at policy. Below you will find my own comments and attempt to bust some these myths out the water.

JFK 3 New Witnesses David Lifton

For the first time ever David Lifton reveals 3 new witnesses who he has found. David will reveal what they saw and the revelations this means for what we thought we knew about November 22, 1963 and Dealey Plaza. This is going to be ground breaking folks! Don't go anywhere, that's what Night Fright brings you, the latest cutting edge research on the Kennedy assassination. No other show does that. Now, I am going to go off the beaten track somewhat and read an extended version of David's bio because it contains many things about David you may not be aware of.

David grew up in Rockaway Beach, New York. Cornell University's School of Engineering Physics in 1962 and thereupon enrolled in the University of California, Los Angeles to work on an advance degree in engineering. While there Lifton moon lighted as a computer engineer for North American Aviation, a contractor for, excuse me folks, only the Apollo program. As early as 1964, David became interested in the anomalies of the Kennedy conspiracy. David had attended a lecture given by Mark Lane and was hooked. Lifton purchased a set of the 26 volumes of the Warren Commission's investigation and started his own research on the Kennedy case. The January 1967 issue of Ramparts magazine presented a "special report" by Lifton, with David Welsh, entitled "The Case for Three Assassins" that laid out the scenario that more than one assassin was firing at Kennedy based on anomalies in the medical evidence.

In 1993, Lifton was played by Robert Picardo in the television movie Fatal Deception: Mrs. Lee Harvey Oswald. He testified before the Assassination Records Review Board in September 1996, and provided the Board with various materials including 35mm interpositives of the Zapruder film, as well as copies of audiotapes, videotapes, and transcripts of witness interviews he conducted.

Bill Blackwell is a regular on this show and with good reason. He brings is expertise as a lawyer and his unique perspective in covering the JFK conspiracy. He is also integral in the law suit against the Federal Government over what is commonly called "Chem Trails".

Mayor of Dallas at that time is Earle Cabell, who is the brother of none other than the Deputy Director of Central Intelligence Charles P. Cabell, who President Kennedy had fired, along with CIA director Allen Dulles, because of the Bay of Pigs Fiasco. Thanks to the research of Dr. John Newman, it has now been confirmed that Mayor Earle Cabell was indeed a CIA asset since 1956.

Why is this important?

Elected mayor of Dallas in May 1961, it was Earle Cabell who oversaw Kennedy's motorcade. A motorcade route that saw Kennedy pass through Dealey Plaza, a route that ignored standard rules for presidential safety.

Alan Dale spends most of his days in a small cubical at the National Archives in Washington seeking out research for Dr. John Newman. Alan has uncovered missing Lee Harvey Oswald files, that are indexed to be there and are missing; perplexing everyone at the National Archive staff. Bobby Kennedy Anniversary Special

It is one of history's great "what ifs." What if Robert Kennedy had not been assassinated 40 years ago and gone on to become president of the United States?
Tonight we celebrate the life of Robert Francis Kennedy or simply, as well all called him Bobby. First I want to thank all veterans everywhere, for today is also the anniversary of D-Day. June 6, 1944. If it wasn't for the fortitude and courage of all those in service, this world would be under a swastika. Thank you all.

Bobby Kennedy, was an icon of hope. Bobby Kennedy was born November 20, 1925 (JFK November 22, 1963, Caroline November 27 & John Jr., November 25th. )
Bobby was seventh child of businessman/politician Joseph P. Kennedy Sr.. His brothers were Joe Kennedy who died tragically in a suicide mission during WWII, President John Kennedy was assassinated in 1963, Ted Kennedy passed away from a brain tumor on August 25, 2009.

Tonight we are going to look at Bobby, his assassination, his brothers' assassination and what he thought and the investigation he did on his own, his role in Civil Rights, his speech in April 4, 1968, in Indianapolis, Indiana, 2 months later on the night of June 5, 1968, what Ted Sorensen told me about Bobby's role in the Cuban missile crisis and finally on Bobby's legacy.

Funny Story - Bobby was a closer to his mom than his dad. Lem Billings a close Bobby friend commented that the only similarity between Robert and Joe Sr. was their eye color. Bobby, like his mom, became a devout Catholic. here's a funny story about how Bobby as a little boy tried to impress his parents. Bobby, like most kids in that era , had a paper route. What he didn't tell his parents is that he had the family chauffeur drive him in the family Rolls Royce. The parents found out and thus ended Bobby's venture in to the newspaper business.

Larry Hancock is a heavy hitter in the JFK research community. Larry's book "Someone Would Have Talked" is a mainstay on the shelves on all serious JFK researchers. Larry has co-written, along with our other guest tonight, renowned researcher Stuart Wexler one of the most important books about Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. titled: "The Awful Grace of God". Show time welcome to the show. Take this time for you, kick your feet back on your most comfy chair. You've have worked hard all week and deserve this time. Get the coffee going, get the tea going or a beverage of choice. As I drove into the studio tonight I looked over magnificent Lake Ontario. The scenery in Kingston is stunningly beautiful. However last summer Kingston experienced a drought and water was rationed. We live on Lake Ontario, folks, a great lake, and water was rationed. Think about that for a second. This winter was the weakest winter I have ever seen. Very little snow and temperatures so high, normal areas of Lake Ontario that usually freeze, didn't. So what does that mean? Well, it means that ice that would normally cover and protect this huge body of water from the suns ray and reflect them back, thus preventing evaporation, didn't happen. When this Lake goes down an inch, well think about that as well, that's a lot of water. Our spring is late this year, by about a month, normal weather patterns are disrupted as never before, we are seeing more and more signs of global warming across the globe. Extreme weather, draughts that never had droughts, floods where flood never occur, warm winters, hottest blazing summers, all are evidence something is a miss.
