Iranian Ghost Mask

This photo was sent to me at nightfrightshow.com. The woman is from Iran so I masked her face so she cannot be identified. Its Iran and the regime there murders its own people for less. Can anyone speculate what this is? It was not visible to the naked eye and only came out in the camera.
